Parent Discussions - Outstanding School Fees

In my days as a School Business Manager I often found this parent discussion to be the hardest. I always felt hog tied because there was no chance to exclude the student so it was all about the parent's intent to adhere to the agreed school fees.

I have been working on aspects of Ai as demonstrated in my previous blogs. I decided to state the predicament with parent discussions about outstanding school fees and asked Ai to give me questions and tactics to use. What do you think? Is it helpful?
